Policies

You can now access all the policies and procedures of the school conveniently online. Simply click here to directly navigate to our comprehensive collection.

To review a policy:

1. Access the "Schooldocs" platform by clicking on the provided orange link above.
2. Use the following login credentials:
   • Username: fairhaven
   • Password: kotahitanga
3. Look for the highlighted red text indicating "currently under review." It can be found in the middle of the page.
4. Choose a policy and read it. Focus on the gray text at the top of the page, as the supporting documentation will be reviewed at a later date. (If desired, you can read the supporting documentation by clicking on the red text.)
5. Click on the "Review Policy" button located in the top right corner of the page, clearly marked in bold black text.
6. Log in by selecting your category from the drop-down menu. Choose either "Parent," "Staff Member," or "Board Member."
7. Optionally, provide your name (if applicable).
8. Fill out the response form.
9. For families without internet access, you can obtain a review form from the school office.
